Flirtation is a little gem of a movie from 1934. It’s definitely a low budget B-film but it’s a lot of fun to watch and the cast is terrific. Jeanette Loff gives a wonderful performance as Nancy. She’s gorgeous, funny, and she even gets to sing a little. It’s hard to believe this was her last film and that she died so tragically young. The rest of the cast is great too especially Emma Dunn as Nancy’s protective mother. Flirtation has a little bit of everything—romance, songs, funny dogs, and a lingerie cat fight!

Flirtation ist ein kleines Filmjuwel aus dem Jahr 1934. Es handelt sich definitiv um einen Low-Budget-B-Film, aber er macht viel Spaß und die Besetzung ist großartig. Jeanette Loff liefert eine wunderbare Darstellung als Nancy. Sie ist umwerfend, witzig und darf sogar ein wenig singen. Es ist kaum zu glauben, dass dies ihr letzter Film war und dass sie so tragisch jung gestorben ist. Auch der Rest der Besetzung ist großartig, insbesondere Emma Dunn als Nancys beschützende Mutter. Flirtation hat von allem etwas – Romantik, Lieder, lustige Hunde und einen Catfight in Dessous!
