„into my dreamland“ ist eine Kurzfilmdokumentationa aus dem Jahr 2015 vom Mai Seng.

Vor sieben Jahren wandert Do Do mit seiner Familie als Flüchtling aus Myanmar in die Niederlande aus.
Doch statt endlich ein unbeschwertes Leben in seinem Traumland zu führen, muss er feststellen, dass seine mangelnde Anpassung an die neue Kultur ihn in Konflikt mit dem Gesetz bringt.
Die folgenden Konsequenzen verändern sein Leben und das seiner Familie dramatisch.

“into my dreamland” is a short documentary film from 2015 by Mai Seng.

Seven years ago Do Do immigrates as a refugee with his family from Myanmar into the Netherlands.
But instead of finally living a carefree life in his dreamland, he has to realize that his lack of adaption to the new culture gets him into conflict with the law.
The following consequences change the life of himself and his family dramatically.
