Bluto and Popeye take Olive Oyl on a picnic for April Fool's Day.Bluto plays a series of mean practical jokes on Popeye, such as putting gasoline on a campfire and swapping lemonade for a beehive.Bluto frames Popeye for a cruel trick on Olive Oyl and replaces Popeye's spinach with a fake joke can before running off with Olive to go canoeing.Popeye gets the last laugh by using an inflatable sea monster to catch up with Bluto.
