„Five Golden Hours“ is a 1961 comedy film directed by Mario Zampi and written by Hans Wilhelm.

An unscrupulous con man, Aldo Bondi, makes his money by comforting and taking advantage of rich widows. Aldo is thrown for a loop, though, when he falls for the lovely Baroness Sandra. Soon the swindler is involved in an odd scheme that hinges on the wealth of his coterie of widows and the time difference between Rome and New York City. However, things quickly get out of hand, especially when Aldo’s relationship with Sandra doesn’t go as planned.

Der skrupellose Betrüger Aldo Bondi verdient sein Geld damit, reiche Witwen zu trösten und auszunutzen. Aldo gerät jedoch völlig aus der Bahn, als er sich in die reizende Baronin Sandra verliebt. Bald schon ist der Betrüger in einen seltsamen Plan verwickelt, der sich um das Vermögen seiner Witwenclique und die Zeitverschiebung zwischen Rom und New York City dreht. Die Dinge geraten jedoch schnell außer Kontrolle, insbesondere als Aldos Beziehung zu Sandra nicht wie geplant verläuft.
