“Not So Dumb” is a 1930 pre-Code comedy film directed by King Vidor, written by Wanda Tuchock, Edwin Justus Mayer and Lucille Newmark, based on the 1921 play “Dulcy” by George S. Kaufman and Marc Connelly.

Not-so-smart chatterbox Dulcy Parker does and says all the wrong things, but they right themselves to prove she’s not so dumb after all.
